Will happily recommend to others... they have made it very hard to consider another builder if/when we decide to sell our current M&B home. We bought our home from Mitchel and Best in Maple Lawn about a year and a half ago. We looked at the other 3 builders in Maple Lawn beforehand and after talking to a bunch of families who already lived here, it became clear that there was a real quality hierarchy among the 4 builders, with Mitchel and Best agreed by all to be the best. We were a little skeptical, after all we figured everyone builds a good house, right? Well after a year and a half of experience we are absolutely thrilled with our decision. Mitchel and Best was fantastic throughout the building process and ever since. No fix is too small for them to come out, probably because there are basically no issues!
