*Update below* I'd love to tell about there services but that's impossible with how piss poor the communication has been. They have a rentalizer that took them over 3 days to indicate then the manager went out of town and the whole staff was unable to complete step 1 apparently. Now it's been almost 2 weeks with absolutely nothing to show for it... 3 promises to call me back so far.... Communication started fast and reliable. It was almost too good. Now I see it was Update: They called back finally. The manager was out of town and couldn't catch the mistake where they made a typo on my email. Once he got back it was discovered that they aren't able to manage my property but it was a much better experience. They did help me find a new manager who could take it on tho. Upgrading to 3* .
