Avoid at all costs. Scam artists, will take you for everything you have. Want to protect future tenants as they will gouge you of your security deposit, even when you've handed back a place in better condition that your received it 2 years prior. The property is infested with possums that scratch at the screen doors that they then charge you to replace when you move out. They are buying property up in low income areas and charging cheap rent but when you leave they will take everything you invested into the property. They use cheap material that break and they then charge you exorbitant amounts for. Their business practices need to be examined. Reporting them to San Diego county equal housing and anyone that wants to join a class action against them, join me.

Love this place!!! The staff is great and the place is fully remodeled
