Missouri Place Apartments

Lack of communication, no clear instructions on what qualifies you and both managements will give you different answers very confusing, and they did qualify me then tried to up the rent on me over 200$ super small apt and not worth 1499$ I decided not to go with them and they have yet to give me back my 250$ holding fee for the apt, it's been over a month no response from them, the management here sucks and I couldn't imagine having to communicate with them if I had any maintenance issues due to their lack of communication if I had decided to rent here 0 stars
