I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here. The property management is extremely inconsistent — they are quick to enforce minor rules when it benefits them (especially during move-out to retain security deposits), yet routinely ignore ongoing tenant violations and basic property upkeep. The grounds are poorly maintained. Pet waste is frequently left in common areas, landscaping is neglected, and shared spaces like front patios — which are supposed to be for furniture only — are often used by tenants for storage and trash without any enforcement from management. Tenants also smoking directly outside their apartment, despite it not being allowed. The overall environment feels unclean and unmanaged. Parking is another major issue. Management has repeatedly said

The property has come along way since new management took over! We’ve lived here for 2 years now, and have nothing but great things to say about management and maintenance! They are always available when we need help, have questions or just want to say hi! Maintenance is always done on-time. The property is always picked up and clean.

Charging any type of non-refundable deposit is illegal. Might want to look into that. Mullan Reserve did the same thing when they first opened and got in trouble for it. They had to send a lot of big checks out. I got one years after I had moved out(was a lot bigger than the deposit too), I didn’t even know it was illegal until then. “Under Montana law, pet deposits are subject to all of the same rules and regulations as security deposits (70-25-101(4), MCA). Pet deposits cannot be "non-refundable" or have other terms associated with them that violate the Montana Residential Tenants' Security Deposits section of the Montana Code (70-25, MCA).”

No parking at all have to park in VA and the grounds are filthy THEY ARE NOT WORKING ON A Resolution for parking asking around apparently it’s been a problem for a year plus

No amenities, no clubhouse,no pool, no recreation, terrible finish in Apartments, polished concrete, looks like first one ever done, shameful. Many defects from construction,cheapest ever trim for sinks shower, you have storage but is a joke you get the HVAC closet , but then they make you empty it for routine maintenance, I could go on and on, I am out when contract is up
