We have had an active commercial listing with Mississippi South Realty since 2021. (Look on her listings to which one, it’s still listed.) The sign has not been replaced since I last checked. The salt air has oxidized the metal since the property listing is so old. Property needs a fresh set of eyes! Mississippi South Realty is not experienced with commercial real estate. This firm does not market aggressively enough, not on Loop Net, etc.
Where do I even start? Hannah Bates is the absolute most amazing realtor for a first time homebuyer, HANDS DOWN! She is so knowledgeable on everything you need to know throughout the entire process. She’s extremely patient, which is a great aspect if you are a first time home buyer and have one million questions. Her communication is TOP TIER! Regardless if it’s bad news, good news, or just to say hey and make sure you still have your sanity… she’s going to be there. I could not recommend going through Hannah with Mississippi South Realty more.
