Mission Vista Apartments

Do not move here. Very bad area our vehicles were broken into 3 times and they will not help you with video footage. There is alot of people walking through who do drugs by the trash can or anywhere they choose to. The place is roach infested nothing you can do you are living in the roaches property. There is constant police at this location from what I seen was Domestic Violence and some kids called on their Mother who was going crazy. The parking area is a joke nobody knows how to park. A lot of homeless people walk through the area there is no gate. The construction area is so annoying. One tenant told me kids put shit on her door handle and management did nothing about it. Very bad place like I said do not move here.

My aunt lives here and I spoke with Donna, the manager in regards to concerns that we have. Manager is very rude. The maintenance man is on-site after hours drunk and high. He never fixes what needs to be fixed. We have placed multiple maintenance requests and they never get completed. The management and the way things are ran here are very unacceptable.

Definitely would give a zero star if I could, it took them two months to approve us then once we were approved and moved in they said that they made a mistake that we overqualified and now we have 10 days to find a new place.

Donna is the current manager she doesn't take your opinion serious she believes what ever she wants she is afraid of some of the residents they cause problems she doesn't resolve the issues just makes it worse the people thier are problem starters and she does absolutely nothing but hand out 10 day notices which is the reason we left I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SATY THERE junkies walking and sleeping on the stairs everyday neighbors smoke weed outside daily but gives u a 10 day notices for cigarettes the i didn't know your husband can work on the property because hers does and he is very lazy as herself no amenities for the price they charge it's ridiculous never will I advise ANYONE to move there they need new managers that take the job seriously and they need security asap .......

Not a resident, but ran out of gas a couple of weeks ago while passing by the complex and was able to pull into their parking lot. Donna and staff welcomed me into their office to get out of the heat and make calls for help. When no one answered my calls, Donna and Jose were very kind and helped me put some gas in my car so I could make it to a gas station. I just wanted to thank you all for your kindness and welcoming attitudes. I sent over some Thank You Bunt cakes! Enjoy and keep up the awesome work!
