Mission Villa Apartments

If I could give this apartment a negative start I would. The rent is too high for such poorly maintained complex. The insulation is horrible, (too hot during the summer, too cold during the winter). The "automatic gate" is a total joke as it is broken, or left open, more times than not. Requests to fix things are not addressed in a timely manner, if at all. The property manager neglects to inform you when people need to enter the apartment. The parking situation is a mess as some people parking wherever they want. I'm so glad my fiance and I don't live there anymore!

I moved in to Mission Villa Apartments in September 2024. The apartment is beautiful and just what me and my family were looking for! In my master room, there is a bathroom with a big closet. I share the closet with my 4 year old daughter. Then there is another closet in the room area. So two separate closets in the master room. In the other room is another spacious closet. And in the entryway of the apartment is another really big closet with shelves in the corner. In the hallway there are big cabinets. All the closets have tall mirrors to the ceiling! Throughout my apartment, besides the rooms, there is grey hardwood flooring. The bathrooms cute sinks that have marbel countertops that match the kitchen countertops. The showers have glass doors. So my husband and I have been here for a month. We gave not gotten a clicker to park our car in the parking lot, getting in is easey when others are also opening the gate in. What is stupid is that you need a clicker to get out of the parking lot. The reason why I am writing a Review now is because my son is sick we are on our way to the hospital when I knocked at the maitenance person's door he didn't answer even though he was obviosly home. I'll change the review once we get the clicker.

Appliances are old and the bathrooms get nasty really fast. The place has repeating water issues where the water will come out of the pipes murky white or sometimes brown. Old and in need to major work.

Gente ruidosa no dejan dormir y no hay ni donde quejarse, pesimo lugar Do not rent here!! Is so noisy and nobody care about other, i wont suggest this place at all!! I super hate it
