Mission Trails Apartments

We did not end up moving into the Mission Trails Apartments (although it was our runner-up!), but we wanted to extend our gratitude toward Regina, one of the property representatives there. She went above and beyond with her customer service and toured us two different times, as we were on the fence between properties, without hesitation! My fiance and I are both in the service industry and wanted to commend Regina for her work. Thanks again, Regina!

Rita (leasing manager) was great to work with. She walked us through step by step from first tour to handing over keys. She is patient and kind, and never too busy to answer our questions. Mission Trails Apartment complex is welcoming, calm, beautiful, and feels like home.

Chad is fast, efficient, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most important to me trustworthy. I placed a maintenance request online on a Sunday evening they were all taken care of or a vendor was scheduled to come complete their part by Wednesday. All 3 of the vendors were friendly and also spoke highly of Chad! We have had some VERY bad experiences prior to Chad being at our location, he is an asset to Mission Trails. Also, He will ALWAYS stops and wave or listen to whatever my kids have to say or show him, and that has nothing to do with maintenance.

Applying and navigating Mission Trails website this holiday season was such an easy and quick process, as we transition into our new home. A huge thank you to Rita for helping us every step of the way! We appreciate having such kind and thoughtful staff!!! ❤️

We've been living here for about 2 months and so far really enjoying it. We love the amenities (gym, pool, tennis/basketball courts), the proximity to hiking trails, and how amazing the staff here is. We've had a couple of issues that maintenance has resolved SUPER quick! Also, Regina in the leasing office is an absolute gem! We love her so much! She is so warm and kind, and always says hello (remembers our names) whenever we run into each other. She's so helpful whenever we need anything--honestly she's a huge reason why we chose to live here and why we're enjoying it so much!
