Addressed all of our concerns in a very professional manner, and made sure we understood everything clearly!!

We love using local businesses when we can. Sadly learned the hard way that choosing this local company for our title work was a big mistake. Our awesome realtor had to HOUND them and they still made us close late! Horrible communication. They didn’t notify us that they needed an extension until 2 PM the day we were supposed to close.

Total scam artists! Charged $50 to retrieve a file which supposedly would take 2 days to bring out of storage after emailing reminders they finally got back to us on the 3rd day. Not only that but we requested via email the whole file not just the one piece of paper we originally requested over the phone. They had the whole file with them and returned it before giving us a copy of what was in it. When we asked for the file response was that it was returned anyway (they didn't even acknowledge the email sent 2 days prior to them "sending it back") and if we wanted it it would be another $50 charge. As I said SCAM ARTISTS!! Not only that but I hope the boss reads this as we even stated that we were prepared to use the company for title insurance if we had the $50 back (this was before findi

I don’t write reviews but when I get conned it really gets me . (Kimi Shaw)worst experience ever. she did a terrible job in settlement statement and tax prorated she's given completely wrong tax information what i purchase and she prorated the tax status of the property for the last year 2020 and she date it as 2021 and they didn't tell you that .when i found out the status from a  Praisal office and that what they shoud do not me they said can't do it , Mission Title should taken all responsibility what they did to me , when i told  them the problem they washed a hands and said it's already closing the settlement you should contact the previous owner!!! Very bad communication/service.and cheating people

I call and call Kimi Shaw to find out the status of a property I am trying to acquire. Never responds to a message Never answers the phone I gave them my earnest money as requested and then Never hear anything back It has been over a year since I gave them my money But I guess it's not enough to be of importance to this company I've seen sloths move faster I've seen blind and deaf people be more responsive then Kimi Shaw How long are you guys going to hold my money for? If I can't get the property just refund my damn earnest money already
