DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE ALOT OF US DID. This is the worst apartment complex ive ever lived at. There is a HUGE WATER ISSUE HERE! READ OTHER REVIEWS. Every week there is an “emergency repair” with the water. When it happens every week its no longer “an emergency” in my eyes. The water here runs off one huge boiler i guess. In order for me to shower i gotta turn water on for 20 min and just let it run to get hot water to come out. And the hot water last maybe 5 minutes after that. Every week there is a pipe that bursts and we are out of water pretty much all day. Today same thing. Water was gonna be shut off completely between 11 and 12 and after shut off repairs were gonna take approximately 1 to 2 hours. According the communication i got from the complex at 9:48 am. So

Don’t live here unless you want to be paying rent for roaches and rats. I’ve requested so many pest control services and all they do is set sticky traps for the roaches and spray around the dishwasher and fridge no matter how many times I’ve requested that they do the entire unit. I’ve even tried taking the matter into my own hands but it’s just so bad here that they keep coming back. One of the times they came to spray, I heard a loud bang and when he left I went to check and it turns out that he broke the cabinet door. Didn’t tell me he broke it he just left it there and left. There was termites on the kitchen ceiling as well. They no longer make any tunnels in my unit but I know they are probably still in there eating up all the wood. Nothing actually gets fixed fixed it's what's passable to their satisfaction this property will show their "efforts" with how they fix the amenities we pay for. All sounds good when walking into the office and signing the lease until your moving in you see you signed up for what's not what you agreed to and pay Water is shared by one boiler for the whole property of Mission Tierra to not having hot water is not acceptable there is breaks ins so you need camera to protect yourselves or vehicle, laundry room is only open when they unlock the door not their hours showing, gym has cameras all around making it uncomfortable to even work out, access with their gate is not always working because it don't read your car, pool pole is not secured in so it's unsafe to rely on assistance to get in or

Don’t move here… my mental health has tanked significantly.. I’ve never had to argue so much for basic necessities that I pay monthly for.. there’s no hot water in my apartment… my family including a child is taking cold showers and when maintenance comes and “fixes it” it’s never fixed. When I tell it’s still cold I was met with “what did I expect I live in an apartment and can’t expect hot water all the time.” Never I never have it… my stove catches fire everytime I use the big burner and pops the circuit so I have to restart the breaker box.. my air conditioner is either working or it’s not and it’s a hotbox in my apartment.. that one takes multiple calls to maintenance to correct.. my garbage disposal and dishwater work sometimes.. the laundry mat they have has destroyed more of my clo

Apartment was nice for a decent price, but the office staff were horrible they never answer the phone and take a way longer lunch then needed. Manager as well as the other staff were very rude and made you feel like a bother going in and asking a question. The pool was hardly ever opened and when it was it was disgusting and dirty, as well as the gym that was being “remolded” for months would not recommend for anyone.
