Jake Lambert went over and above his duty as a property manager, staying on top of an appliance problem, worked closely with repair company, showed up in person when tenant couldn't be there. problem has been resolved thanks to Jake's dedication.

Communication with this company is pretty atrocious. I’d say they have a response rate of maybe 30%, and that’s being generous. Don’t expect issues to be addressed in a timely matter, if even addressed at all. Very disappointed with them and their lack of actual management of properties.
