I am so glad I came across this business. A little back story. My mom was in the process of making changes to the deed to her house. She started the paperwork with a different business, but the person helping her out had a family emergency and was not able to complete the work. My mom was handed over documents, told to get them notarized and recorded with the county. My mom, not and English speaker, came to me and asked me to fill out the documents and take them to the county. I have ZERO knowledge when it comes to deed documents! I told her we needed to go to an office that deals with this. I looked around on Google, and tried to find a place that 1. Was bilingual, 2. Was willing help and 3. Was local. I came across San Fernando Realty, and then saw that Gerardo was the business owner. W

Mission Real Estate is a quality company with great professionals working there. I’ve done multiple deals with them and will likely do many more in the future.

Awful experience with Andrew. Refused to follow signed contracts and told us if we wanted him to honor them we need to find an attorney to make him. Extremely unethical and unprofessional. Attempting to work with him was a waste of my money and my time. His response to everything was "my family has been doing this for over 25 years." As if that really makes him any more experienced or competent.

Jerry was a wonderful help in buying the property I bought. He's knowledgeable and kind and easy to work with and he guided me every step of the way.

Thank you so much for all your assistance in helping me purchase my first home. Jerry, Andy, and Jeanette were all so very helpful and professional. I 100% recommend.
