Our previous HOA management company was much easier to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with the current company has been frustrating. For example, I was recently asked to provide the color my home is painted, which should already be on file. Additionally, there has been some back-and-forth regarding approval for a relatively small project intended to enhance the curb appeal of our home. I respect the importance of maintaining community standards, but the process could be more streamlined.

In my years of owning my condo Mission Management is the worst property management company that we have had. They do no oversight on the work that homeowners pay to get done. They ignore concerns such as lights not working, including the pool light. At one point of the 12 lights in the area where my place is located 10 of the 12 were not working. The response was they had no idea. According to meeting minutes the light concerns had been going on for months. The rep said "Well I have a photo of it being on" when it came to the pool light. They have a great cibcern in policing tge community areas including asking homeowners to remove stuff that has been there for years even though the homeowner just moved in. I would not recommend.

We are new homeowners at Autumn Hill, Oro Valley and we had some questions about setting up an account for our resident portal. Kimberly Chadwick at Mission Management Customer Services is very professional, helpful, polite, and super nice to assist us in every step to set up an account. I needed to do some painting work on the outside of my house and Anna Young, Assistant Community Manager was very helpful and walked me through the process and made sure I had all the right information, to move the request process along.
