Mission Heights

WARNING: Do not rent here if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. I had a confirmed lease agreement starting October 16th, 2025. I signed all required contracts, set up utilities (electricity and internet) in my name, and completed every step of the rental process properly. Despite having everything confirmed and signed, the apartment was suddenly rented to someone else without any notice or explanation. When I tried calling the management to resolve this situation, they: • Hung up on me multiple times • Blocked my phone number completely • Refused to provide any explanation • Showed zero accountability for breaching our signed agreement This left me without housing at the last minute, after I had already arranged everything and incurred costs for utilities that I set up specific

Very nice apartment community. Specially being on hill top, you get a nice view. Management is super friendly and very responsive on every query/complaints you have. Their maintenance team is on site for any kind of maintenance, you just have to open a ticket on the portal. We enjoyed being there because of the view until an unfortunate Karen neighbor situation arose. Neighbor started verbally harassing almost everybody in that closed gated door building, in and around lift area. Even tried to hit our kid with laundry cart and put the blame on. Management ack’ed the complaint and mentioned that they were working towards fixing the situation. We had doubts upon moving in after seeing some bad reviews. But overall I think it’s a really nice place to stay. Mostly families living here, and being on top of the hill, it feels safe. Maintenance usually fixes our problem really within a few days which is good. The only thing is there is no AC here and the ventilation is really bad so it gets hot in the summer. Andre has been a huge help! Super responsive and professional.

I mean, the apartment was nice. But when we found mice running around they didn't believe us at first. Wasn't happy that they didn't get an exterminator. And when we moved out they started cleaning the place up two days early... thus throwing a bag of tax returns and other important documents out.

After 4 years, I can Mission Heights was overall solid stay. Jose was responsive and solution driven with repairs. And Andre was a huge help and very professional through my stay.
