I strongly recommend steering clear of this complex. Based on my personal experience as a 1+ year resident, management provided misleading and inaccurate information and handled issues unprofessionally. My unit had ongoing problems with cockroaches and gnats, along with excessive moisture~ using a dehumidifier was necessary and the amount of water it collected was alarming. We cleaned the restroom drains and used vinegar and baking soda consistently, yet the gnat problem persisted. The washing machine repeatedly developed mold, likely due to improper draining. We attempted to clean the drain holes multiple times, purchased cleaning products, and used a cleaner provided by maintenance, but the issue continued and caused a foul odor throughout the apartment. Ever since new management took over I feel like they never answer the phones or address concerns in a timely manner. I called the office at 10 AM when they first opened to ask a question about the hot tub since it wasn’t hot and was just wondering if you had to go down every 15 minutes to set the timer for it to get hot and never got a response. I went down at 5 PM to state that I never heard back about the hot tub and I called three different times today with no answer. Ryan Gonzalez ( the Assistant Property Manger) stated “I can’t answer phones and help people all day when I’m the only one here”. Do not recommend!!!!! I was given a unit that was not the one advertised, and the condition of the apartment was extremely disappointing especially for the price. The unit looked run-down and was a completely different unit then what was advertised. To make matters worse, no one seemed to know basic details about the property or how to resolve issues. It took months to get them to return my money in a timely manner. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, organization, and accountability. If you value clear communication, transparency, and competent management, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Leasing Manager Ryan has been extremely helpful since I walked into his office wanting to get more info on leasing a unit! Communication with him has been top tier. He’s quick to respond to all my questions/emails and I appreciate that the most!

I’ve lived at The Shops at Park Lane for 3 years, and I have to say the new management team has genuinely made a huge difference. Leesa (Property Manager), Ryan, and Neby have all gone above and beyond for me more times than I can count. Lisa is extremely hands-on and takes real ownership in making sure residents are taken care of. She has personally helped resolve account questions, made sure important mail was delivered correctly, and always follows through. Ryan and Neby are just as amazing, every time I’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve treated it with urgency and respect. They’ve helped me sort out small issues on my account, let me borrow a microwave for a party, talked to the postman directly to make sure I got mail, and are always friendly, patient, and welcoming.
