🚨: 22 Lupine, Malta, NY 12020. It's come to my attention that Miranda Real Estate Group, Inc is representing this single family located in the development I call home. Motivated by concern for the health and safety of the potential buyer and their family, I want to share some information: 1) The home was vacant and the basement had several feet of water in it for ~10 years prior to renovation. 2) Black mold was observed by members of the Highpointe Community who were granted access to the home by the original homeowner years before it was renovated (see photos). 3) On August 8th, 2016 the Town of Malta posted a "NOT TO BE OCCUPIED" warning based on the conditions of the home (see photo). 4) In my first conversation with the listing agent, they indicated that the seller's Property Condition
