Miramont

I really enjoyed my living experience at Miramont. The apartment had a spacious layout, a wonderful and well-equipped kitchen, convenient laundry facilities, and a clean, well-maintained bathroom. Everything was spotless when I moved in, which made the experience even better. I would like to especially thank Ms. Giselle Andrews, the Leasing Professional, for all of her help throughout my application, move-in, stay, and move-out process. Her support made everything much easier. I hope I will have the opportunity to live at Miramont again in the future.

We moved here about 6 months ago and have been very grateful for moving here. The grounds are kept very clean and in the spring the flowers are all beautiful, in the fall the leaves are beautiful too! Plenty of unreserved parking available for ourselves and guests means we can invite people over, and light posts surrounding the property allow for anyone to take a midnight walk or get to their car safely. Our unit was newly renovated with a new washer, drier, dishwasher, stove and microwave when we moved in and we've worked hard to maintain our new appliances. We've enjoyed the use of our back patio during good weather, but we haven't yet tried out the pool due to being too expensive. Overall I rank this community well, thanks for reading!

I’ve been at miramont for 4 years now and it is simply the best! Unlimited parking, incredible maintenance, great for having a dog and walking around without leaving the complex. It’s simply exceptional!! The only reason I wouldn’t give them five stars is because for the four summers that I have been here they have never been able to hire responsible lifeguards. The lifeguards are the ones that open the pool so if the lifeguards are 30 minutes late or 3 hours late, you cannot get in the pool. It truly ruins your summer day and you also get no notice that they will be late or not show up.

Lived in Miramont for 9 years and loved it. The location is great and you are close to everything. The community is quiet, cozy and well maintained. The staff are all friendly and helpful and they have in-house maintenance crew that take care of issues in your apartment very quickly. Ample parking spaces for friends and family as well. Great community.

My experience with the Miramont Leasing Office has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of their staff. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lack of courtesy and respect that is simply unacceptable. The leasing agents seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns and responded to my questions with irritation rather than assistance. Any attempt to discuss issues or seek help was met with condescending attitudes and dismissive remarks. It felt as though my presence was more of an inconvenience to them rather than a valued customer. In summary, if you value respectful and professional service, I would strongly advise against leasing with Miramont.
