I loved this small yet glamorous boutique building! The common areas are well maintained, and the hallways have that clean, upscale hotel scent. Parking rules are respectful, and the security is solid. A truly enjoyable place to live!

This apartment complex has very friendsly management and security. I went to visit my mom for the first time and was impressed at how safe and comfortable everything was. Very happy she is there

Worst experience renting so far. We started renting in this apartment building when it was built but, at first it was nice clean and friendly enviroment. As soon the building started to fill up you could find beer bottles in the common areas, loud music in the parking and reunions. My car was towed despite having a decal for parking. Called the management and shouted to me that I can't do back in parking, that was Florida's regulation and where did I get my license. A day after a police officer told me that there were no FL regulations regarding back in parking. A week after there were multiple signs in the parking that back in parking wasn't allowed. At the end, lost a day of work, paid a fine with the towing company which they never gave receipt and only accept cash, really weird situati
