Ms. Karina is truly one of a kind!!! She help me into my place without any trouble!!!! I truly wish this review had more stars because Five Stars is not enough to say how awesome she is!!!

And Yasiel doesn’t do his job; I’ve been waiting 8 months for them to fix countless issues, and because of the contract I can’t leave, but I’m really looking forward to moving out.⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

I had an outstanding experience at the Mirage Southpoint in Jacksonville, Florida, thanks to Ms. Victoria. She showed genuine empathy and was always eager to answer any questions I had. She took the time to thoroughly show me the apartment and made sure everything was in perfect condition. Plus, she got a work order in the same day, which really impressed me. Highly recommend her excellent service!

I love Mirage at Southpoint! The office staff are so kind and they are always helpful through any of our problems and concerns. This is a great spot to live in, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a home.

I really enjoy living at the Mirage at Southpoint! The community is great, and the staff truly makes it feel like home. The office staff, Victoria and Karina, are always so friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance. The maintenance team, Yasel and Luis, are also amazing — they always get my work orders done quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the hard work they all put in to make living here such a positive experience.
