Miraflores Apartments

I have been here since 2021. Management has changed since I moved in. What I can say is prior management was horrible and not much better than current. The management is awful, never in office, never answering or returning calls. Maintenance is horrible also. There is always trash outside of dumpers and all over property. It’s disgusting. The dumpsters are always overflowing, no one ever opens them up for the residents once there emptied so single elderly or children can throw things in them. Ppl just let their children run rapidly destroying things etc. the dryers don’t dry and washers don’t clean clothes or work properly at all. And they aren’t even family size! They are single person washer and dryers in a family operated living apartments makes no sense. Nothing is New or has been repl

Can anyone tell me why they have an exterminator come spray for cockroaches to ONLY have them bring more with them?? It's like theyre spraying more bugs around!! It's annoying and gross!! We had just got done getting rid of them ( as much as we could) to only have a BUNCH more running around with babies at that!!! To top it off the bug guy even admitted that spraying doesn't work !? So why??

Grateful to have the opportunity to visit my family here. But it's terribly infested with roaches, management which is NEVER available or in the office, says they will spray, never do. Again very happy for their assistance in helping those on fixed incomes but at a cost of leaving some of their tenants feeling less than.

TAKE YOUR DAMN COLLECTIONS OF MY CRESIT REPORT!!!! YOU GUYS BROKE THE CONTRACT BY NOT PROVIDING SAFE LIVING CONDITIONS!!!! AND I HAVE ALL THE PICTURES TO PROVE IT! Disgusting apartments no matter what manage company they hire. Since the 80s they’ve been like that. Disgusting management and maintenance people that don’t care. Hopefully the residence bring legal action against the property and the company that owns it.
