Do not move in unless you're desperate or just need a place to start off with. I have been here since December 2023. I love my townhome however it had its quirks. First day I moved in I had to kill 8 roaches. They did not clean the entire house. I have a hole in the ceiling. It took 16 months to get a mailbox key, they do not reimburse for gas money to go get mail. Again, I love the townhouse, yet there is a roach infestation. If you're attractive, maintenance man will hit on you. They will enter your home without telling you. I had a fireplace and, then one day they covered it up leaving drywall marks behind on the floor. I wouldn’t recommend Mirador At Idlewood apartment for any one. My husband and I lived at Mirador At Idlewood for almost two years, and our move-out experience was a nightmare. They charged us an outrageous amount for damages that were already there when we moved in. The management is completely unresponsive, and the office staff consistently provided conflicting information. It’s clear they lack basic communication skills and knowledge about the lease terms. When we move out we deliver a very clean home how ever they charged us a significant fee. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

As a tenant that has lived her for almost 5 years my experience here has been very up and down for the last 3 years. Leasing office is never available or answers the phone and it's gotten worse since they merged with the neighboring apartments. However, what's extremely unsettling for me is that for some reason maintenance or random contractors keep trying to walk into my apartment without knocking or warning. They keep claiming that the leasing office gives them a key and tells them nobody is home. Which is a lie because why wouldn't I be in the home that I pay over $1,300 every month for. It is a huge invasion of my privacy and a safety and security risk as well. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here.

During my walk through before moving in over a month ago), I pointed out some things to Hector such as my peep hole being painted over (huge safety issue), as well as my gate and door fallen down bathroom vents covered in dust (potential fire hazard) and the dryer. I have had to come out the pocket to do laundry elsewhere, not to mention the hassle of having to lug things back and forth, yet I am paying for a unit that is supposed to provide that. When sent the invitation to review, it doesn't even state which maintenance issues it wanted me to review specifically. Not to mention I have since reported more issues and not one other than emergency call was answered and I have been here for a month and have not received a single call about fixing anything.
