Mira Vista Villas

Very nice staff here and I have encountered nothing to be upset over. The community is well maintained and I feel very secure here ❣️The staff and residents alike have been very friendly and welcoming. We love living here, the amenities are wonderful to have, laundry room, tenant library and security staff on site.

Chris and Adrian are excellent. They are polite and efficient. They take great pride in the good work they do. I trust them both to take care of my apartment.

management was very accommodating. Easy access. The people that I have met are very welcoming. Never easy to move but so far I have a very good feel about my new home.

I never really thought about leaving a review but today when looking at the state of things in the nation for seniors I decided to do that 2 years after my father left. My father lived at Mira Vista for several years. He is disabled due to multiple strokes but at the time still had most of his faculties. He really enjoyed the manager that was there for some time that genuinely seemed like an advocate for the tenants to the corporate office. The Problems: Some of the tenants were genuine bullies. My father who had most of his faculties, as I mentioned, was constantly harassed and falsely accused of things while living there. I've lived at Mira Vista for 4 years and I adore 🥰 it! The only issue I have with it is this. Current manager has been trying, unsuccessfully, to have the public carpeted areas of the building, such as hallways, lobby areas, etc., replaced. To no avail. She and previous, as well as current, maintenance, have done all they can to keep it "intact". AKA, duck tape. It is unsightly, and a hazard. Other than that, I love 💕 the place. Safe, comfortable, spacious, friendly & affordable! There are also great activities hosted for the residents by volunteers who live there. Some quite outstanding. This draws the building residents to be involved & active. I would highly recommend it. Especially with a lovely park, literally, across the street. Shopping, of all sorts within walking distance.
