Mira Loma Apartments

I lived here for two years and these are the issues I had with this place: 1. Dumpster areas are very dirty and never cleaned 2. The laundry room is also usually very dirty and the machines are rarely cleaned and usually smell bad (see picture below for how filthy the machines are left). 3. There’s lots of bird poop on the pavement that never gets cleaned. It’s disgusting to have to step on it to get to the dumpsters. 4. The walls of the apartments are thin and you will be able to hear your neighbors conversations and you can even hear their farts when they use the toilet (seriously!). I could even hear my neighbors having sex which was very uncomfortable 😳. 5. Swimming pool is frequently closed for repairs. 6. Landscapers come once a week and would always use their leaf blowers near my

I recently finish my contract for one year. My experience was not great. People don’t respect the rules, I definitely don’t recommend to deal with the manager, she is so strict on everything this is not even a 5star place, she will look for anything to complain about you she will also look for anything to make you pay. They asked for a lot money and for my deposit back she took a lot money, not making sense I was there just for a year the apartment still looking like new I even pay to a clean company to clean it. This is my worst experience please look for something else, they said the rent is one price but when she does the contract she will add bill plus fees.

Well it's obvious that these reviews are old. I've been here for a little over a year and it's the best rental I've had in over a decade. Where I lived before this was directly on the beach so that says something. Maintenance and the manager, Ashley have been absolutely amazing from day one. I've never had such friendly and attentive management. The property itself is beautiful and feels very safe. They have cameras that are active around the property for safety and although I'm disabled and my dog is small, I feel completely comfortable walking my dog after dark within the property. There's a yard crew that comes once a week and keeps the grounds beautiful! Maintenance is very attentive and friendly as well. Management does not help with anything! Always saying how something going on is not there problem! Rats and mold. Neighbors are rude and always loud . At least it’s nice to take a walk around the circle.. pool is okay wish it would be cleaned more often🙏😶

These apartments might be somewhat the cheapest you’ll find to some people! But Im warning y’all it is not worth it! This place is infested with rats and roaches! I know 6 tenants that have these issues they have reported this and nothing is ever don’t to stop or control the problem! Another tenant moved out because his wife caught a horrible skin infection due to some type of bacteria that the water pipes tend to get after years old based on doctor’s diagnosis! And no damn expert was called to check this out & fix it! All tenants on that section of units are at risk! The units hardly get any remodeling done after a tenant leaves! They just paint over everything! There’s also so much humidity in some units that they even have black mole! and cracks outside of unit walls! And if y’all have
