We’ve rented with Minnix and loved being able to use jetty or rhino to help with down payment moving in. We’ve loved that flex rent is accepted to help break rent payments up. This past year our family seemed to take one hit after the other and was definitely struggling to make rent on time. Minnix was very understanding and willing to work with us. Shoutout to Gabriel especially, he’s wonderful and genuinely seems like he cares about the tenants and wants to help if he can.

My experience with Minnix properties management has been very positive. The staff is always very prompt , professional and reliable. I feel we have a good business relationship going I ensure my rent is paid monthly and on time. And whenever I have maitenance concerns they take care of them promptly.

Jami, Claire, and Wendell in Maint/office especiasly Jami always on top and punctual in supporting workorders, the scheduling challeges with tenants and Home Warranty assigned service providers at tines, are awesome. Jami follows through and keeps me and other stakeholders promptly in the loop. Can't appreciate enough, just outstanding!

The Minnix team made the process from viewing to getting keys very fast and easy. We were able to upload all of our documents and application online and they were just a quick text away when we had questions. The rental was so clean and ready for us to start moving in.
