I interviewed six lenders, and Rod was the fastest to respond, the most organized, and provided the most accurate information. He communicated regularly throughout the underwriting process. He informed me of all documentation that I was required to submit well in advance. He also has extensive knowledge of MSHDA down payment assistance, and isn't afraid to work with anyone requiring down payment assistance programs.
