MiMA

Our experience with MIMA was disappointing. Communication was inconsistent and slow. I had to send several emails before receiving a reply — sometimes waiting a couple of days — and responses only seemed to come when it was convenient for them. For example, when I asked to see the lease, they answered right away, but when I asked about parking, concessions, or whether the unit qualified for the $2,500 credit they were offering, those questions were completely ignored. They only responded when it seemed to fit their priorities. We were told that the current tenant would be moving out and that we would be able to see the apartment empty, but that didn’t happen. I was told that they would only start cleaning and preparing the apartment after we committed to renting it. I found that very unre

MiMA Has Been My Home For About 2 years. The concierge are amazing. They great everyone coming in or out the building. The amenities and the building is a great thing too. Yes, as a membership that runs just about 200 a month but it’s worth it. You have 24 access to the gym. The game room is cool , pool table ping-pong. My favorite part The patios which consist of grills and lawn furniture. I enjoy sitting On the patio in the back and enjoy the breeze. My apartment is amazing. I really enjoyed my view out my window. My washer and dryer. Mima has definitely became amazing home for me.

The building is modern, well-maintained, and offers stunning city views. The maintenance team is quick and reliable, and the concierge staff are always kind and professional. The in-home package and dry-clean delivery service is also very convenient and thoughtful. The leasing office staff were professional and helpful, making the entire leasing process easy and pleasant. Even after months away, the concierge still recognized me the moment I walked up, opened the door for me, and greeted me with a warm “welcome back,” which truly made my day.

MiMA was one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. The staffs were friendly, leasing office was chill too. Amenity was beyond expectation(was not cheap though). The only thing I don't like about it is the location. Yes, it is convenient, but subway station is not that close if you go to 8 A.M. works. It was very noisy too. But overall, I loved it and kudos to all staffs working here.

My husband and I really love the building, staff, and amenities at MiMA. The concierge (doormen) are wonderfully professional: welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Our maintenance requests are addressed very quickly, with high quality fixes in very quick time. The building is impeccably maintained, and they also host community events such as holiday brunches, ice cream socials, and movie nights. The Equinox gym is rarely crowded - and the amenities include a beautiful pool and sauna. Overall, I would highly recommend MiMA and Related Management in general!
