Milwood Apartments

I lived in a duplex in Shorewood run by Milwood Apartments for 11 years and really enjoyed living there. Rent was extremely reasonable for a 3 bedroom duplex and having central air was wonderful. Lots of space with basement storage! Property manager Doug was far and away the best and most responsive property manager I’ve had. I definitely noticed a quicker response and greater communication when Milwood Apartments started on the property.

I've lived here at Milwood for 3 years. I love it here. It's quiet, relatively clean, and the new manager, Doug, is working very hard with the Ogden office team, Jordan and Evelyn, to make sure tenants have a great place to live. It's quiet, private,and in 3 years, I've seen 3 spiders, 1 fly, and 1 centipede in my apartment. It's hard to say that about any other building in the city. Doug is doing a great job at getting the needs of the building and grounds taken car of, and he responds very efficiently to my maintenance requests. Great place to live and directly off the Oak Leaf Trail, and the Green line of MCTS is right out the front door too!

Worst place I have ever lived what a joke all the way down to management. Mold all through our apartment couldn't control our heat at all, ghetto people, nasty place to stay, our storage was broken into and things were stolen management did nothing.. bad water damage to our belongings not to mention just a nasty place to live, the people upstairs had bed bugs and roaches were all through the building. No matter how many complaints were made management did absolutely nothing about it.

No dishwashers no garbage Disposable can't control heat building super doesn't Answer work orders rent to High but good location management very poor must take your truth slumlordthe will take you to court and they big bucks and can hire lawyers and buy of judges

I recommend you take a tour here because I did not like it. I would give it a 0 start and not worth living here. There are other apartments for the same price or less in much better condition. Keep looking...
