The apartments are despicable. The landlady is horrible. After one year she price gouged 30%. From $1000 and to $1300. She is a mean horrible lady. No kindness no nothing good about her. The maintenance is a joke. Dirty apartments, horrible ac and heating. $15 dollars a month just to have the key to access laundry and dryer. On top of the price to use them. Horrible communication, most tenants are beginning to move out. Land lady is completely fake when showing off the apartments to new tenants. She will stick it to you immediately once she he sale has been made. Nasty nasty nasty lady. Stay away from this place, please.
