You know they’re desperate for tenants when you receive a flyer in the mail from them trying to grab the attention of new people. Then when you look at the reviews, there seems to be a management problem. You all need to fix who works for you and work on your communication skills before you try to trap people in a lease, especially those who may not do their research first and then have to suffer living there. Communication is a huge part of leasing and if the people who work for this place can’t follow through, they need to be replaced. Don’t give these people leaving honest 1 star reviews your terrible recycled corporate responses. Actually do better cuz it seems to be a VERY long ongoing issue. Look inward for once and stop downplaying everyone’s problems.

5 stars for value, property management, and effort! This complex has undergone many improvements over the last year. Issues with office staff have been addressed diligently; not only are the new staff pleasant and helpful, they also consistently host community events. Maintenance has always been prompt and thorough regardless of how urgent an issue is. The community is well kept with trash and dog poop picked up regularly, they attempt to stay on top of fixing the gate that people unfortunately break, and has had recent landscaping & pavement updates. The apartments feel clean (no issues with bugs on higher floors, can’t speak about ground level) and safe and are an incredible value for these prices. We’ve never had issues with neighbors. Be aware American water rates are very high.

I lived at Millview Apartments for a year, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I moved out two months before my lease ended because of the constant, excessive noise coming from the apartment above me. It became unbearable—I was losing sleep and couldn’t even enjoy my own home. Before moving out, I notified management five months in advance that I would not be renewing my lease. Despite that, they still sent me a lease renewal and have since tried to charge me several questionable fees. Their billing practices are confusing and excessive, and now they’re threatening to report me to the credit bureau. Management has been completely unprofessional throughout this process. Emails go unanswered, and any attempt to get clear communication is met with silence or more confusion. The

Terrible. Do not live here. Management is awful with communication. There is only one trash compactor for the entire complex which most tenants have to drive their trash over to dispose of it. Trash area is always overflowing. Coded gate to keep non-tenants out is always broken. Run down gym area in leasing office. They took a portion of our security deposit without providing an itemized list of what was deducted. So shady.

My rating would have been a 5 star about 5 years ago, but things started to change with multiple propery managers and the tenants that were being allowed to move in. Neighbors are being more disrespectful with noise constantly, the constant smell of Marijuana in the Breezeway and my apartment and dogs barking throughout the night. I don't smoke nor do I want to smell that crap in my apartment every day. The only response I received from management is "we will send out a notice to the building ". Nothing resolved, then was told you're due for an upgrade and can move to another location on the 3rd Floor! Why do I have to move??? I've been living here forc15 years!!! Resolved the problem and make people follow there lease they signed. This is the 1st year I'm looking into possibly moving. I
