Period of Tenancy [4/2024-11/2025] This review addresses specific experiences during my tenancy at this townhome community, focusing primarily on maintenance responsiveness, management conduct, and communication protocols. Maintenance and Structural Concerns: A significant concern during the lease period involved reported issues of mold contamination affecting multiple units within the complex. Requests for professional inspection and timely remediation were submitted but largely remained unaddressed by management. What only attraction to this place is the location. It is poorly maintained, the manager Janae Jackson is very rude and inhumane. Reported issues take weeks or sometimes months to be fixed because there is only 1 maintenance guy to service the whole community we were told. I report a water leak a month ago, the repairs were only done 3days ago. The water from the outside leak flood out the house and damaged my rugs and mats. Manager Andrea Glass booked a hotel for 2 nights only, and only had my husband's name on the reservation. It was very embarrassing situation not only for me, but my husband as well. We were just out of the hotel, and asked to go back into a house that flooring has to replaced, walls patched and then painted. This management does not care. They have proven to be disresp
The house I live in is generally good, but its location is excellent. It is close to grocery stores, right next to Dumbarton Elementary School, and has a spacious park for children. It is also near Hermitage High School. The interior of the house is nice as well, but it requires careful maintenance. The management that started working here this month consists of good people who genuinely want to provide excellent service to the residents. I wish them success. Nazari
I will say living at Millspring has been a roller coaster but since new management has come in things are looking up. Janaee is really cool and she makes sure things are getting done. my service request are finally getting completed Not just mike and Todd coming to look at it. I'm happy New Maintenance has come in, Mike just closed your work orders and was angry & Todd didn't know anything ! I hated him coming to my house a big waste of time! he would come in your home look at it and say "ima ask my manger" never came back or he was picking up trash. Now work orders are being completed the 2 guys are always working , Pest control is on the property and we have resident events, my kids loved painting pumpkins and we look forward to what Janaee will plan next.
We've lived here for over a year. In the years time we've been here there hasn't been consistent staff in both the office or the maintenance department. When there's staff, they're often rude and disconnect the phone so no calls can go through. Communication is only returned on their side of things if you write a review or go to the office in person (that's if there's somebody there to begin with). Our one bedroom unit is okay aside from the drooping/cracked ceilings and a dryer that doesn't vent outside. We’ve told maintenance about our cracked ceilings and they said, “corporate won’t do anything unless the actual ceiling falls.” Even then, they don’t know where resident will stay when that happens. Do they stay in the unit? Do they supply a decent hotel? No telling. I personally do not
