They provide poor quality work - they know it and don’t seem to care. Very dishonest I appreciate your response. A couple years back we hired Clayton Barnes to do the landscaping in our backyard. We had him do our pool decking, amongst a few other things. At the time of hire, he was head of Millhaven landscaping. We were invoiced through Millhaven and had a final walk through with Millhaven. Happy to provide those invoices if you'd like. After the decking was installed - we had concerns. We had a couple hard landscaping companies inspect his work - one of which Millhaven uses. All of them said how atrocious his work was and we would have to pay tens of thousands of dollars to repair it. He had installed everything incorrectly. We live in our dream home thanks to Millhaven. We built with Millhaven and moved in a little over a year ago. We love everything about our house and the building process was great. Everything was super organized and there was someone to turn to for every question or situation. Always felt like we were a priority. They have a great team that keeps everything on time which is super important when it comes to building a house and being so anxious to see it take shape. If you build with Millhaven, you won’t be disappointed.

We bought a lot with Millhaven and the process has been super smooth and accommodating so far. They are very professional, detail-oriented, and thorough. The best part is the communication. We have been through many parade homes in Utah and many of our friends have built through Millhaven and to be honest I think their builds are the best in Utah. They are artistic and so attentive to the details.

We are in the final stretch of our build with Millhaven and from beginning to now it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone on our team has been responsive, helpful and just all around great people. We heard horror stories from custom builds before we started and our experience has been the complete opposite- it’s actually been really fun and exciting. Full credit to Millhaven’s smooth process, attention to detail, quick response to any hiccups, financial transparency (this is huge!). Would 100% recommend building with Millhaven- thank you for creating our dream home!!
