We lived in the house for 1 year. Spend 3 months with no heat. My deck collapsed and had black mold in our laundry room. Do you think they did anything. NOPE. When we moved in carpets were saturated is dog pee and the smell was horrendous. They also never did a move in inspection. So now the destruction that was there when we moved in we are being blamed for. I WOULD NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. BTW I would've gave them zero stars but I can't.
Absolute best Landlords ever had. They provide housing at an affordable low rate!!!
Currently rent with Walter, GREAT folks. Works with you on any issues, and anytime I’ve had a maintenance request they respond very quickly. Highly recommend for anyone seeking rentals at reasonable market prices.
