Miller Management

Miller Management is the worst management company. Aside from setting ridiculously high fees, they engage in a variety of intimidation tactics in order to have residents who have been living in their apartments for years to leave. I have personally been in court with them for over two years because they choose not to cash our rent payments in order to try to evict me EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PROOF of payment. They are using these tactics on other tenants who have lived in their apartments for decades in order to increase their rent in up and coming areas in the Bronx. I have another case with them and have decided to take legal action against Miller Management because of their illegal tactics.

horrible living conditions, roaches mice have taken over this bldg., I lived here for 39years with my elderly mom. no real heat in the winter, nor hot water, plenty of cold showers. had to move to somewhere nicer and get mom out of that hell hole called 930 Winthrop st
