Ms Miller has been my property manager for several years. She gave me sound financial advice, increased my profits and filled tenant vacancies in a timely manner. She knows the graphics of rentals in the area I searched for the best investment for me. She came highly recommended and I want to pass that on. I trust her guidance

Was looking into buying a property to owner-occupy from Karen. She was unwilling to negotiate at all during the process, and when we eventually withdrew the contract that we had due to the property having termites & other glaring issues, she begins harassing our consultant friend over "not doing it correctly" and other nonsense. Would not recommend.

She is the seller and broker of a property I was interested in buying; she's very unreasonable and only wants to sell on her terms--no compromise or reasonableness of negotiations. She repeatedly would say, "well, I don't have to sell." Well, I don't have to buy, either--so we walked away from her water and termite damaged property. I feel sorry for her tenants.

Very unprofessional. People were not notified when an available property was no longer available. We were all told to be here at a certain and showed up to a sign that stated “rented”. Anyone one could have put the sign there as to why I called and questioned it. When called for further questioning the lady hung up and was very rude. She has the worst customer service and a bad attitude. 6 families were here waiting for nothing all due to negligence. 10/10 would not recommend this lady

Does not take care of tenants. Fence has been down over 6 months. Karen Miller lied about sending check to fix it. Would not recommend her as landlord.
