STRONGLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY/ANY OF ITS PROPERTIES.Especially 4 those disabled in any way. Nothing but problems, roach/bed bug issue, severely poor communication w/management. Little to no maintenance of the property. Would give negative stars if I could. Long review. Front office NEVER responds. Corporate # stopped responding after awhile. They'll tell you to call them, but they wont answer. Office is locked majority of time. Hard to get in contact w/ anyone by phone, email, or in person if you have a typical job schedule. Phone goes straight to voicemail 90% of the time. Only one number available on the site at the time I lived here. Regional manager non-existent. Email auto-blocks you; their contact info is nowhere to be found in documents or online. Office refused to giv

I love my home here but I am beginning to think I have messed up by moving here. The maintenance ain’t worth a dang and I always report soon as something breaks or anything of that nature and I have waited months for my dishwasher that caught fire to be replaced and half my outlets don’t even work and my kitchen light is blew out as well. They caused a leak when fixing the toilet and now my downstairs bathroom ceiling is falling through and still ain’t fixed it. I got 2 letters saying my rent was going from $871 to 710 and today I go to sign my lease and they say no your rent is gonna be $871. What? I been paying this $871 for a year now so the lady calls another lady who works there and she says just put $862 and if it’s wrong it’s on me and hangs up. This place is very ghetto and unprofe

We love our little duplex here. Biggest problem we have is getting in touch with maintenance. I've been trying to get some maintenance issues done since we moved here in February. Nobody returns my calls or if they are here don't fix the issues.
