This has been an amazing place to live. The location is unbeatable—close to downtown, restaurants, and everything Music Row has to offer, while still feeling comfortable and well maintained. The building itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with great amenities that actually get used. The staff are the best. Truly so professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents, which makes a huge difference. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are always kept in great shape. Overall, it feels like a community rather than just an apartment building. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in Nashville!

I truly love living here! The staff is absolutely amazing—everyone is so friendly, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The community is always clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. You can tell they really take pride in keeping the property looking great. One of my favorite things is the resident events they host—they’re always so fun and such a great way to feel connected to the community. This is genuinely one of the best apartment living experiences I’ve had and I couldn’t recommend it more!

I lived at Millennium Music Row for 3 years and absolutely loved my time there! The only reason I moved out was because I relocated to Atlanta—otherwise, I would have happily stayed. Madison started as the leasing agent when I first moved in and has now worked her way up to property manager. She was always so helpful and supportive throughout my time there. The amenities and common spaces were always well-maintained and clean, and my apartment itself was amazing with tons of storage. I also loved the monthly resident events, which made it easy to meet neighbors and feel part of the community. The location is perfect—Music Row is a peaceful street, yet just a short walk to all the excitement in Midtown. I recently moved to Nashville but had been touring apartments for several months prior, and I cannot recommend this complex enough!! I've lived in a number of different cities and was initially skeptical about Nashville but as soon as I signed my lease here, I knew I was set and found my home. I had a LOT of questions and came on strong because I've dealt with hidden fees, poor management, etc. in the past, and every single team member here graciously answered everything with detail, patience, and genuine care for my best interest. Shopping for apartments sight unseen felt intimidating, and I was honest about my concern that the photos and website might look better than reality. The leasing team immediately put my mind at ease by they a FaceTime tour of the actual unit and the amenities so I knew exactly what I was getting. When I arrived in Nashville, I was blown away. The community looked even better in person, and I instantly felt like I’d found the perfect place to call home. My dog loves the convenient dog area, and I love having a study room and lounge on-site, perfect for meetings and work sessions without ever needing to leave the property.
