I’ve had such a great experience with Millennium MetroWest! From the moment I first inquired, the staff has been incredibly kind and helpful. The manager, Michael, is very attentive and detail oriented. You can tell he truly cares about the community and making sure residents feel at home. The rest of the team is just as friendly. Just like Michael, they actually get to know you by name, which makes the whole place feel more personal and welcoming. The application process was seamless and straightforward, which made moving in a breeze. The property is super clean and well maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. There is one constant here, and that's downward spiral. It used to be the best apartment complex above all others. I renewed my lease here because of how much I felt at home. I'm now regretting that choice. At the start of the year, the team entirely changed. We lost all our original office and maintenance staff after they were transferred to the company's newest property, Atlas at the Loop. It was prioritized to have things set up there over continuing success here. We didn't have a property manager for some time but our office staff was still being moved to Atlas. As staff decreased, standards followed. The grass areas are either overgrown or just bare and dry, and there is a problem with fleas. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff here are absolutely amazing! From the front desk to maintenance, everyone is always professional, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to help. They make living here feel safe, comfortable, and truly like home. Any requests or concerns are handled quickly and with care, and you can tell they genuinely value the residents. We have been living in Millennium Apartments for two years, and we couldn’t be happier. The area is incredibly charming, with a European, almost Italian vibe, which all our friends admire when they visit. Our apartments are new, clean, and beautifully maintained. Since the new manager took over, we have noticed many positive improvements, like the stunning new fountains by the lake. The manager, Mike, is approachable, friendly, and always willing to help. The neighborhood features lush green roads, golf courses, and is close to shops, restaurants, and scenic walking paths. Highly recommended!
