Millennium Flats Downtown Albuquerque

So to start off, management and maintenance is great. Apartments are TINY TINY TINY, get what you get with the price though. Black mold and pink mold! Walls are paper thin! Parking is HORRIBLE!!! There is less parking spots then there are residents and gate is always broken which is horrible especially with the homeless people walking down the street. I have spotted multiple homeless people in the gate and sleeping/ hanging out on the property. Other than that it was hard to not break my lease and the management and maintenance is the only reason I gave it two stars. Also everything in there is just straight CHEAP!

Great place for childfree couples or individuals who live alone. Management is top tier and maintenance is prompt and very courteous. The property is pet friendly as well, and there are parks nearby to walk your dogs. Location is great, super close to downtown and old town, very short drive to Sawmill Market and several restaurants and bars. In unit washer/dryer, wardrobe, fridge, and microwave. It is also gated so we haven’t had any issues with vehicle vandalism/theft. Utilities are also included and the internet works great 99% of the time. The only downsides are no oven, and parking is pretty minimal, so I would not recommend having a vehicle if you intend on living here.

Pet friendly. CLEAN. Bug-free. Pest-free. Gated parking. In-unit washer/dryer. Jose the property repairman is always available and responsive. Also very friendly. Jackie the property manager was also very responsive and competent. Its a good little place to live.

These are advertised as luxury apartments. In today's market, an in-unit washer and dryer would make ANY apartment luxury. I applied, and was approved, and got my hopes up and became very excited to live in these apartments. Two days before I was set to sign my lease, I was informed that my approval would be rescinded. I hope that in the future, they are more decisive with prospective tenants. Personally, I feel these are overpriced units - 875 bucks for 311 square feet. You're paying a premium to live in a renovated, new building and to live on the cusp of old town and downtown Albuquerque. My compliments to Jessica, she was amazing.

Great experience with staff and loved the location! I really liked that our utilities were a flat fee which helped in the summer and winter. I was able to have my iguana there which previously was very stressful trying to find a place that would accept him. We were both happy there!
