Millennium Edina

Pros: 1. Super clean property 2. Friendly and helpful staff 3. Organized package delivery 4. Spacious units. Cons: 1. If you have a sedan, think twice before moving here. The garage entry and exit are badly designed. No matter how slow, fast or diagonally you pass your car from the slope, it always bottoms out. Too painful to feel and listen to :( 2. The in-unit washer/dryer is way too small and old for the rent I am paying. Might have to take bedding to a commercial laundry service.

I love Millennium 🙌🏼 The amenities are great and this building is very dog friendly. The team - (Paula, Madelyn and Mari) are amazing to work with! Brandon is also the best maintenance person I’ve ever encountered and takes pride in keeping the building in exceptional condition. Max is also a big fan (see photo).

We moved in over 2 years ago for what we thought would be a summer while we looked for our next home and are so obsessed with where we live we just moved into a bigger unit and have no plans to leave. The building & outside grounds are cared for immaculately. The staff is kind and quick to respond and are constantly looking for ways to make it even better. Residents have become friends. Location is incredible- everything is within walking distance. We absolutely love living at the Millenium.

I have lived here for one year, the apartment is clean and tidy, the maintenance team respond very fast and nicely even on weekends, the leasing office is always helpful and our packages are well organized in the locked room. they also offer help when I move out, really appreciate Manager Paula and leasing agent Madelyn.

Millennium is a great place to live! Location is convenient and the community has a true luxury feel. Amenities are top-notch along with frequent resident social events creating a welcoming atmosphere. It’s pet-friendly plus apartments are well designed and appointed making it feel like home from day one. In addition the management team is professional, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend Millennium to anyone looking for a quality living experience.
