Millennium Apartments

⭐️Updated Review⭐️ Since my last post we have gotten a new office manager, new office staff and new maintenance staff. I will say that Amanda has been a really positive change to the atmosphere and overall positive outlook for the complex. While there is still work to be done to make this complex as great as it could be, it really comes down to what and how much money the head office will give this property to make it flourish! The outside of the property desperately needs to be repainted and the floors/walkways need to be professionally cleaned as those are just 2 majors issues at the moment. When Amanda became the manager, the apartments have changed for the better! I don’t see any roaches, hallway is now clean, and minimal noise level. She’s really cares about the tenants and it shows with the way the apartments are now clean with no bugs. When I first moved here, I didn’t like this place but now, it’s so much better because of her. Great job Amanda!

I have been a tenant here since the opening in 2015. I have seen management and maintenance teams come and go during this time. This year, the new management and maintenance team have shown the greatest improvement. The new management team, led by Amanda, is addressing all these issues and more, working with maintenance, vendors, and tenants to find and resolve the issues. I admire the effort invested by all. I feel comfortable and safe here and plan to continue calling Millenium my home for quite a while. This is a diverse and friendly community. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a home.

If you every run across apartments called millennium in McKinney run away from them there infested with roaches, mold, and the frame on walls crack through. They never want to fix anything when it comes to them spending funds for there units. They literally make you live like you’re in poverty. There is drug activity in the apartments reported so many times nothing was done about it. UNTIL YOU CALL THE CITY! Take your chances somewhere else.! It’s not worth wasting your money.

Our new manager, Amanda came in and has shown astonishing results. Power washing has began. She has upgraded the grounds. New cement is being laid, mulching has been put down and so much more. I have seen apartment managers, come and go seeing. I was one of the first residents to move here in the very beginning. It has been feeling very much safe around here. We have patrol 24 hours we couldn’t ask for much more. Congratulations!! It is a pleasure to live here
