It’s bad enough we have to deal with all the noise and dust that gets all over our cars and property during the day, but operating at 2 am with heavy machinery, lights beaming into my bedroom and construction works yelling is not acceptable. This is not the first time we’ve had this issue with this construction site. So I took videos to show evidence that your construction works are illegally working outside the operation hours according to Orange County.

The condo is very nice and not all the neighbors are sociable, but the biggest problem with the condo is the landlord. I don't advise anyone to live there until they change the union.
