Millecento Brickell Real Estate

Millicento is perfectly situated next to the metro rail and a block away from Mary Brickell Village. Most units have nice square footage, some with dens. The bathrooms are all white tile which looks clean, while the kitchens are modern and have great counter space. Closets could definitely be better but the views are really nice as well. The rooftop pool is great for sunbathing while the 9th floor pool is great for relaxing. The fitness center has everything between a quiet yoga/stretching room, to a cardio area, to a weight room. Highly recommend for young adults.

You should definitely NOT move to Millecento. I have lived in several buildings in the Miami Brickell area and have visited friends at other buildings. Millecento has, by far, the WORST elevator experience in all of Brickell. Allow me to break it down for you. It is a 42-story building with only 1-2 working elevators at any given time that are only 6x6 each. The service elevator has been broken / inoperable for about 50-60% of the time over the last 2 years. This is no hyperbole. I literally looked at all of our resident emails from Millecento Management and calculated how much down time there was for at least 1 elevator. As a result, it takes about 10-15 minutes to use the elevator at any given time. In fact, there have been a few months where there was only 1 working elevator since the

Please do not move to this building, you will instantly regret it. The elevators are down every month for WEEKS at a time. Yesterday I waited 10 minutes and 27 seconds for an elevator, that is not considered luxury in my opinion. Management/association doesn’t care and doesn’t communicate. It’s a shame because reception, receiving, and valet staff are all incredibly nice.

This is by far the worse building I have ever lived in. I stayed for less than a year and the pool was closed for renovations for 9 months. Elevator never works and break now every other day. Valet are rude. Front desk workers are very rude. One women in particular, has short blonde hair, and works as security during night shifts. she tends to pick on people of color. Threatened to call the police on me as I was moving out. Threatened to call the police on my partner as well. Management is very unorganized. Whatever you do, choose another building in brickell. There are so many other buildings actually worth the money.

Do not feel valued. Brickell has a lot of expensive buildings, go where you are valued and concerns are met with a sense of urgency. My final straw was when my carbon monoxide detector was beeping several consecutive times making me fearful there could be a carbon monoxide issue. I had to remain in the apartment to allow them access so they could inspect, and after several calls to management/front desk they still had not shown after 2-hours. That is troubling. Even if an issue is trivial to management, this was a safety concern for the resident and should be met with urgency.
