Lived here from 2019 to 2022. In the three years I was there I had seen 1. A hostage situation happen in an apartment across from me 2. Multiple drug dealers in every building. 3 . Was a victim of attempted sexual assault from a neighbor. And lastly watched the rent jump from 965 a month to almost 1300 and all that changed was they renovated the patios. Roaches are everywhere and pest control is not even a thing in this complex.

Was inquiring information about leasing a 2 bedroom and asked about pet policy. The woman told me that they were trying to enforce a no pet policy. I advised her that my pets are service animals and she told me "we don't have to take them". Definitely looking elsewhere

I can’t tell you how great living here has been. It has the best property manager I’ve ever worked with. Karei has gone above and beyond to make living here great. She definitely has stepped up to the plate for me. She called to let me know something instead of holding it against me. Who does that anymore. She’s great at her job. This is a wonderful place to live. Thanks for reading

Nice clean management is respectful, reliable and honest. I trust and approve this place. The view from balcony is AMAZING must I add.

Moved to DE and this was the first place that I lived. Heard the previous owners were horrible but it was under new management. I gave it a shot and don’t have nothing to really complain about regarding the company itself. I know they were trying to better the property and do renovations which I had a one bedroom apartment that was mostly updated. You have to remember the area and what’s surrounding the property.
