Mill Valley Duplexes

Over 2 years, I’ve scheduled multiple tours on the website, called the office, came to the office & got turned around because the manager (who is well past age & should be retired) is never there, and when he is there, he always gives me the run around on how the website is wrong & the places are never available for tours, or either they’re not available at all although the website clearly says different. He also makes up multiple excuses on how the process works differently, saying how he’s “old school” & likes to see people face to face when trying to look at/ rent a property. He then tried to persuade me to another property a few ways away on the northwest side. Not trying to be that guy, but if you look a certain way… race wise, don’t expect to get approved here. Had a blast living here. Property Manager Dewey is exceptional. All my requests responded to timely and efficiently. The grounds are clean and beautiful, the homes are spacious, neighbors are peaceful and quiet. I would stay here forever but got another gig out of state so off I must go. Place was constructed in 2002 and interiors have plaster and bulldog corners which are pretty cool. Cabinets and appliances could use an update and countertops however the rent is commensurate with the product. I had new carpet upon move-in and was thrilled. The gas fireplace is super nice on the cold Oklahoma winter nights. I would highly recommend this community to anyone. This neighborhood is very quiet. The yards are well kept and maintained on a weekly basis. The homes are in great shape. the carpet had just been replaced, new paint on the outside, and all light fixtures well kept upon moving in. the kitchen has great space and the appliances are in great condition. Kind people in the neighborhood, and the manager is very nice.

The manager at Mill Valley is personable and professional and he approaches the job with a great deal of experience. He addressed all issues we requested in a timely manner. The properties are clean, safe, and maintained appropriately. The floor plan we lived in provided a surprisingly effective use of square footage, further adding to a positive experience my family had while staying in this housing development.

I cant say enough good things about this place and Dewey. I recently have had some hard times and him and his daughter have been so understanding and patient. Easily had I been renting elsewhere I could possibly be homeless right now but they truly care and want to help in any way they can. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, great homes and amazing landlords this is the place to be.
