Ive lived here for 6 years. It’s a great place to live close and convenience to shopping areas. The grounds are well kept. The only issues are the parking. They should have designated areas for resident parking it would be nice. The gate is always broken. I think they should have cameras it would be helpful to see who’s damaging it.

It's amazing living here! We are grateful that we've been approved after waiting for the queue, I've been eyeing for this apartment and it's has been my dream living here since I'd moved to Fort Worth. Very cozy and accessible to commercial areas especially to my student that his school bus 🚌 pick up and drop him right at the front of the complex. Pricing is affordable compared with other apartments nearby. What's most incredible are the staff especially Ms. Elva and Ms. Diana. They're AMAZING & FANTASTIC! Great people as can be incomparable with other staff of apartments nearby who are incompetent and rude.

Update 3/30/2024 I finally moved 2/29/2024 and I'm sad about it, but time for new territory. Lived here 13 years. Apts well maintained and I love the ladies in the office 🙏🏾❤️ 11 year r****08/16/2021**** I will be renewing my lease. I have lived here 10 years now. For those inquiring, these apartments pay WATER AND TRASH. You pay your own lights, internet, and cable. AT&T is the only provider for this complex. They have a contract with the apartments, so NO Spectrum, etc. New update above ****06/15/2018*** I love these apartments. They are still clean and well managed. Office personnel is always polite and knowledgeable. I never feel like I am just another person to collect money from (even though that may be the case as w/ any complex). Routine maintenance is performed on all buildings

Visited this facility and I am very pleased with how nice and upkept the grounds are. I spoke with Diana in the office, and she was very kind and respectful. Will definitely be considering this complex for my next apartment.

I heard so many wonderful great reviews from this Apartment complexs on how nice they treats their tenates and take care of repairs in timely manner. I looking into trying to move into this nice apartment complex. And hopes this apartment complex gives me and chance to become one of their residents here.
