AMJ rents out of here and they straight up just stole my security deposit. Claimed that they have no record that I ever made one despite the contract very clearly outlining the $1000 deposit. My grandmother is dying and as her caretaker I am not able to fly to Gainesville to sue them in small claims court but if you ever want to sue them, contact me on this account and I will give you all the evidence I have which is very clear and will show the judge that they are liars. Take very clear pictures of the apartment when you moved out. One of the things they charged me for was the oven burner plates, they claimed they were filthy. I bought brand new ones and replaced them the day before I moved out. When I called them out on this, they said they would "graciously" not count that against

This is a very nice and clean property. And I have a good friend that has been there for years and likes it quite well.
