TL:DR Pros : - Cheaper than surrounding apartments. (rises every year though) - Maintenance is timely Cons: - Dirty common areas. - No Parking past 10PM - No sound proofing of units in buildings. - No enforcement of any rules. I lived here for 9 years. 6 years ago it would have been 4 stars, 4 years ago it would have been 3 stars. Today it's a 1 star living arrangement. When i first moved in the woman running the complex was phenomenal she made sure to be on top of everything, when she left it started going down hill quickly. The complex doesn't issue any form of parking passes leading to cars that aren't functional or belonging to non-tenants making it impossible to park after certain hours. Seemingly twice a year they remove the cars that are clearly non-operable but it does little to
From start to finish of the whole leasing process, Nanika the leasing specialist was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful with all of our inquiries about renting from Mill Creek Village Apartments. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to rent from this property!
Speaking with vilmarie was very pleasant, she is amazing at what she does, I would recommend her to anyone.
Myself & my husband lived here for almost 4 years & did enjoy our time. Price is decent for the area & is very close to a lot of stores & places for activities, as well as major highways if you like that. The community itself has a lot of green spaces with a lot of trees & feels very peaceful. Very accepting of animals too! Most of the time we did feel safe, a few scary noises can be heard & you never know what type of neighbors you’ll have but management was always in contact with the police department & the police department would make daily visits . The office was in great communication always with their residents & very friendly. The apartments themselves all have nice views of the outside courtyards & decent size for an apartment. My overall experience with the management team has been amazing. Answering all my questions and concerns. I even called in a maintenance call and the guy was at my place in less than 10 minutes during the day. I am excited for this new move and Mill Creek Village employees have truly made it a great experience. THANK YOU <3
