Mill Creek Apartments

I LOVE LOVE the girls in the office (McKenzie and Christy ) every time I call there’s no problem or a problem that can’t be fixed with them or by the maintenance . They truly make this place enjoyable to live here . The renovations they did to the apartments I LOVE it ! …. Especially the kitchen. I live on the 3rd floor and I really enjoy sitting on the balcony with my coffee and watching the sun go down, best sky view ever ! I also love how the girls in the office try to do events to bring people together and for the kids to have fun . The landscape is cleaned and well maintained.

I’ve been a resident of this community since 2015. The pros are: The area itself is very nice, schools are very good, parking plentiful, nice/considerate neighbors, and the space inside the apartment is decent. Yes they are very outdated on the inside but a little paint, customization and updated fixtures can go along way! I recently had a negative review but decided to update it due to the change in staff and maintenance resolving an issue I had last week very timely. Thank you so very much!

I called there looking for a two bedroom apartment and was greeted by Ty and she spoke so fast and so low I couldn’t hear her. Then when I asked for the information again she caught an attitude. I requested to speak with a manager and she stated why I am handling everything and I told her the customer service is not there and she stated again I handle everything with processing I stated to her again I would like to speak with a manager . She stated she is on a call. I said I will hold. I was placed on hold for 7 mins and she came back and said she’s in a meeting you will have to call back. The managers name she provided is Christie. I believe when strides are made to address my concerns that it should be acknowledged and appreciation should be shown. To the leasing office and maintenance staff, thank you so much for addressing my concerns in a professional and efficient manner. My apartment looks updated and I am looking forward to decorating and enjoying my new space. Since October 2023 I have been inconvenienced due to my apartment being renovated. The construction crew is unprofessional, the majority of them claim they do not understand English, and the foreman doesn't care about the damage his crew is causing to my apartment. I've complained to management several times and they can careless. It's sad when I pay my rent and cannot enjoy my home. I wonder how management and the owners would feel if they had to live

I've lived here for almost 6 years and it has just continuously gone downhill. The office never has the same workers it seems more than a year. They don't return your calls, they don't keep up woth regular maintenance (air filters should be changed every 3 months) I'm going on 6 months now. There's ALWAYS trash all over the parking lot. It's unfortunate. I use to like living here but now it's just a dump. No one seems to care. I can't even get a phone call back after MULTIPLE attempts (left voice-mails even wrote a letter). Not leaving a very good impression. UPDATE from my previous review- Yikes I'm so thankful to be getting out of this place. Trash is ALWAYS everywhere, the front office NEVER calls you back. It's disappointing that I've been a resident for nearly 7 years and NO COMMUNICA
