You clean your property by dumping all the snow into my house and blocking the cars completely. I will be making a formal contribution with the city. It was you, I recorded our back and forth calls and text messages. You did clean it up after we called multiple times 3 hours later. Hence this is not the first time this happened, the only difference is that last snow I didn’t have your contact information. Your cleaning company needs to do better. The amount of snow they brought from your properties to our driveway was so big that it made a little mountain when they came back and cleaned it up. 😒. I work in property management, so I know what to expect from a building and management team. Unfortunately, my experience with Milio Management at 45 South Broadway was disappointing. The apartment itself was nice and didn’t have any major problems inside. But the windows weren’t insulated well, which caused moisture and condensation no matter how we set the temperature. This made the edges of the windows get moldy if they weren’t constantly dried. Security was a big problem. There was no real control over who entered the building. Residents often held doors open for strangers, and people we didn’t know were regularly in the stairwells and lobby. "Extremely Disappointing Experience" I had a very frustrating experience with this management (Sheridan Gardens). While working with a great realtor, I found a nice apartment in a well-maintained building and was excited about the possibility of moving in. However, despite knowing my Section 8 application was still pending, I was told that a deposit was required in order to proceed with the application. I paid the deposit, trusting that everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately, my Section 8 move-in was not approved, I informed my realtor who informed management and now they are refusing to return my deposit. I have lived in an Ossining, NY Milio Management run property for 2 years and have no complaints. Franco Milio has been a great landlord, fair and kind. The office staff is very responsive to all issues, seeing them through until there is resolve. The building's superintendent, Gil, is absolutely fantastic and the neighbors are wonderful. Great experience!

The apartment complex is poorly Managed. It’s not being cleaned as often as needed. It is also the home fortune homeless. More often than not when you enter the building the smell is horrific and rubbish is seen all over. It has become the norm to be greeted by neighbors garbage when entering or leaving your apartment and management tells you they cannot do anything about the situation. Never been in a shelter but I hear that quite a few are kept better that this apartment in particular, 23 E 3rd St. This apartment deserves negative ratings.
